奇經八脈中,任督二脈以外六脈的穴道

1. 衝脈

衝脈起點橫骨穴,係接足少陰腎經內股鼠蹊之氣沖穴,至幽門共十一穴。在任脈中線左右各五分處,每一穴距離約一寸。自小腹下橫骨穴開始,上行大赫、氣穴(功穴)、四海,中注、盲俞(功穴)、商曲,石關、陰都、通谷,幽門穴後至胸散佈任流行。

2. 帶脈

(1)足少陰腎經部分:帶脈起於足少陰之正脈,出於舟骨粗隆下方之然谷穴,循內踝後,其別者入跟中,循小腿內而上。

(2)足太陽膀胱經部分:上至膕中,而別走足太陽膀胱經,上合行至腎,至十四椎,內與足少陰腎經、衝脈會合。

(3)足少陽膽經部分:別走足太陽膀胱經,先行至十四椎,外行與足少陽膽經帶脈會合。達足少陽膽經之維道穴、五樞穴,上出於季脅(小肋骨處)之帶脈穴。

(4)帶脈部分:帶脈起於京門之下,居之上帶脈穴,季脅之帶脈穴,循行五樞穴、維道穴,不行居穴。迴身一周如帶,故曰帶脈。

3. 陰蹻脈
脈經穴道:

(1)足少陰腎經部分:陰蹻脈起於足少陰腎經之然谷穴,即在內踝前端,大骨下陷中間。從然谷穴循內踝下一寸照海穴,再由照海穴直上三寸至交信穴,從此循陰股鼠蹊處,入生殖器後而上行入腹胸裡。

(2)足陽明胃經部分:陰蹻脈入腹胸處上行後,轉循足陽明胃經,上行至鎖骨上緣中點,下對乳頭中線之缺盆穴,經結喉旁,頸動脈後之人迎穴之前,再上行入頄鼻旁。

(3)足太陽膀胱經、陽蹻部分:陰蹻脈上行至頄鼻旁,屬目內眥後,再往外出曲宛而出,再入睛明穴。在此與足太陽膀胱經與陽蹻之上行氣一起還回,此功能即作為濡潤眼睛之用。故知陰蹻脈氣,若不能與陽蹻脈氣,並榮於眼睛,則造成眼睛不能合閉。

4. 陽蹻脈
脈經穴道:

(1)足太陽膀胱經部分:陽蹻脈起於足太陽膀胱經,在外踝正下緣五分骨陷中之申脈穴,再往後下斜至足跟之僕參穴,由後腳跟僕參穴直上行,經崑崙穴(外踝後跟腱前凹陷處)、跗陽穴、飛陽穴,再轉小腿背外後承山穴,循腿背上行經委中、殷門、承扶穴,再往上行與足少陽膽經交絡。

(2)足少陽膽經部分:陽維脈再上行至腹脅軟骨末端下八寸處,即髂骨側與足少陽膽經之居穴相交。循腹外側上行至肩部,與手陽明大腸經相絡。

(3)手陽明大腸經部分:至肩胛肩峰前下方(舉臂時有凹陷處),與手陽明大腸經之肩穴相會。從肩穴上行,至肩端肩鎖關節上方有凹陷處之巨骨穴。由肩胛處往後下行與手太陽小腸經相會。

(4)手太陽小腸經、足太陽膀胱經及陽維脈部分:陽蹻脈行至巨骨穴再翻滑過肩胛後,至大骨下肩胛崗下際凹陷處,與手足太陽、陽維等相會於俞穴。至此陽蹻脈再循手陽明大腸經與足陽明胃經上行至嘴吻處。

(5)手陽明大腸經、足陽明胃經部分:陽蹻脈由手太陽小腸經俞穴再絡回肩峰手太陽小腸經之肩穴,絡手陽明大腸經鎖骨上窩中點上一寸許之天鼎、喉結正中旁三寸之扶突穴,絡足陽明胃經上臉頰側面及口吻旁四分之地倉穴。再上行至眼中線直下,平鼻翼下緣之巨穴,最後達眼下七分,即足陽明胃經與任脈之承泣穴。

(6)陰蹻脈部分:陽蹻脈行至此,又與手、足太陽、足陽明與陰蹻,會合於眼內眥外一分處之睛明穴。

5. 陰維脈

脈經穴道:

陰維脈起於諸陰之交(三陰交穴)後上方,即足少陰腎經內踝上五寸之後端築賓穴,循小腿後側上行至屈膝膕窩內側之陰谷穴,再循大腿內側上行至鼠蹊部位橫(恥)骨五分旁之橫骨穴,往少腹外上行至髂骨前上棘與橫骨中點之上方,始維入足太陰脾經之府舍穴。

後循腹中線三寸半外側上行,經腹結穴至與臍平之大橫穴,再往上行腹哀穴。陰維在此上行,至乳下第二肋骨處,始又維入足厥陰肝經之期門穴。至此陰維脈挾胃、屬肝、絡膽、貫膈與上行與任脈交於結喉下一寸之天突穴,再上行至頷下結喉上中央舌根下之廉泉穴。

6. 陽維脈

脈經穴道:

陽維脈起於諸陽之會,即起於足太陽膀胱經之足外踝下一寸金門穴。再從金門穴行於足少陽膽經之外踝上七寸陽交穴。又與手太陽小腸經、足太陽膀胱經及陽蹻脈,會於肩後大骨下胛上廉臑俞穴,又與手少陽三焦經、足少陽膽經,會於缺盆中上毖際天穴,又會於肩上陷中肩井穴。從肩井穴上頭,與足少陽膽經會於眉上一寸陽白穴。從陽白穴上行於眼上方,直入髮際本神、臨泣穴。從臨泣穴上行經正營穴,循行枕骨下而至腦空穴。從腦空穴下行至耳後大筋外端風池穴,又與督脈會於項後風府、啞門穴。

赵金香宗师谈功德修养

顺境和逆境中怎样加强功德修养

人处在各种环境当中,尤其是遇到困难、挫折,处于逆境之中,往往容易因心情抑郁、烦乱而影响练功。此时便应自我安抚,向相反的方向去设想。清代张廷玉认为:

处顺境则退一步想;处逆境则进一步想,最是妙诀。余每当事务丛集,繁冗难耐时,辄自解曰:“事更有繁于此者,此犹未足为繁也”,则心平而事亦就理。即祁寒溽暑皆作如是想,而畏冷畏热之念不觉潜消。《澄怀园语》

在困难的时候,看到成绩、看到光明、提高勇气是非常重要的,要坚定地相信事情会有转机,不要忘记“山重水复疑无路,柳暗花明又一村” (陆游 《游山西村》)这两句脍炙人口的诗句。

受到诬蔑、诽谤、冤枉、委屈之后,最易生气动怒,“制怒”便是此时修养的第一要点。要认识到:怒会伤肝;还会让人在不冷静的情况下说错话、办错事,而造成无可挽回的影响,可能带来无限的追悔。每要动怒,先告诫自己“克制三分钟”,想一想“天大事,总平常事”(孔奇逢 《夏峰先生集》),便自己能够淡然处之。能够制服怒气,对养生修炼来讲,便是很大的胜利。

在受到委屈和诽谤时,重要的是“想得开”,即要实现超脱。要以平静的心情去说明情况,据理力争。若说话不力,一时尚不能昭雪,也要能够持稳,不必希图别人更多的同情,尤要警惕传递闲言者拔弄是非,此时若以:“无辩”去“息谤”、以“无争”去“止怨”,未尝不是高明的对策。要有“任凭风浪起,稳坐钓鱼船”之气度,自信心胸坦荡,便可我行我素。苏轼的《定风浪》颇能给处于逆境的人以精神鼓励:

莫听穿林打叶声,何妨吟啸且徐行,竹杖芒鞋轻胜马,谁怕?一蓑烟雨任平生。

料峭春风吹酒醒,微冷。山头斜照却相迎,回首向来萧瑟处,归去,也无风雨也无晴。

处于逆境中的练功者,要特别注意涵养,必须在心情开朗、肝舒气顺的情况下修炼,才能得到应有的功效,否则不仅不能收效,还能易产生弊病。

综上所述,逆境中的修德,其重点便是修忍,其修忍的理论基础,便是行无为之大法。
至于顺境中的修德,也要修无为之大法,这一点和逆境修德是相同的。此外,人处顺境首先要注意的,就是对功德修炼方面的问题估计不足,以为这没有什么了不起,因为麻痹大意;更有甚者,甚至于产生轻视师父、小看养生法的毛病。这些问题如果不纠正,便很难炼出真功来,这是处于顺境的人应当注意的。
不论顺境或逆境,让自己经常处于友善与和睦的氛围之中,都是非常必要的。

Take note ! Do not always sleep late !


Good rest and sound sleep is very important... if you don't sleep well,
The toxic in your body will accumulate... Affecting your health and your mood...

The main causes of liver damage are:
1.. Sleeping too late and waking up too late are the main cause.
2. Not urinating in the morning.
3. Too much eating.
4. Skipping breakfast.
5. Consuming too much medication.
6. Consuming too much preservatives, additives, food coloring, and artificial sweetener.
7. Consuming unhealthy cooking oil. As much as possible reduce cooking oil use when frying, which includes even the best
cooking oils like olive oil. Do not consume fried foods when you are tired, except if the body is very fit.
8. Consuming overly done foods also add to the burden of liver. Veggies should be eaten raw or cooked 3-5 parts. Fried
veggies should be finished in one sitting, do not store.

We just have to adopt a good daily lifestyle and eating habits. Maintaining good eating habits and time condition are very important for our body to absorb and get rid of unnecessary chemicals according to 'schedule.'

Because: Evening at 9 - 11pm : is the time for eliminating unnecessary/ toxic chemicals (de- toxification) from the antibody system (lymph nodes). This time duration should be spent by relaxing or listening to music. If during this time a housewife is still in an un relaxed state such as washing the dishes or monitoring children doing their homework, this will have a negative impact on her health.


Evening at 11pm - 1am : The de-toxification process in the liver, and ideally should be done in a deep sleep state. Early morning 1 - 3am : de-toxification process in the gall, also ideally done in a deep sleep state.

Early morning 3 - 5am : de-toxification in the lungs. Therefore there will sometimes be a severe cough for cough sufferers during this time. Since the de-toxification process had reached the respiratory tract, there is no need to take cough medicine so as not to interfere with toxin removal process.
Morning 5 - 7am : de-toxification in the colon, you should empty your bowel.


Morning 7 - 9am : Absorption of nutrients in the small intestine, you should be having breakfast at this time. Breakfast should be earlier, before 6:30am, for those who are sick. Breakfast before 7:30am is very beneficial to those wanting to stay fit. Those who always skip breakfast, they should change their habits, and it is still better to eat breakfast late until 9 -10am rather than no meal at all. Sleeping so late and waking up too late will disrupt the process of removing unnecessary chemicals. Aside from that, midnight to 4am is the time when the bone marrow produces blood.

Therefore, have a good sleep and don't sleep late.

Going For Surgery? Remember This..

My doctor colleagues were quite puzzled recently when a patient, after undergoing routine surgery, took a longer time than usual to wake up after GA was completed and stopped . The patient required an overnight stay in the ICU before finally waking up 24 hours later! It was subsequently discovered that the patient had been taking supplements, in this case, St John’s Wort.

Before undergoing surgery, one important info which must be disclosed to your doctor is whether you are taking herbal supplements. This is often left out by patients when doctors enquire on what medications they are taking, as often many people do not equate medicines with supplements.

Many intensive care physicians including anaesthesiologists will tell you of their experience with patients who take a long time to wake up after surgery; develop fits upon recovery or bleed excessively after surgery; all due to the taking of herbals.

Incidents like the above used to mystify many doctors previously but evidence is now clear that several over-the- counter supplements can interfere with the various actions of medications used during surgery.

Some points to note if you are undergoing planned surgery:

1. Remember that the list of medications that you need to reveal to your doctor includes all supplements, whether as pills or as a drink.

2. Some of these herbals may have to be stopped more than 2 weeks prior to planned surgery.

3. In emergency surgery, remember to reveal to your doctor and next-of-kin what you are taking so that some preventive measures may be undertaken beforehand by the doctors.

4.
Some people believe if something is natural, it is safe . That is not necessarily true. If in doubt, show your care-giver the original container of the supplement.

上善若水,厚德载物。


“上善若水”
是(老子)道德篇中的话,原文是: “上善若水,水善利万物而不争,处众人所恶,故几于道”。

上善就是最好的,最好的处世方法就像水一样,水是怎么样的呢?水善利万物,也就是水给万物带来益处。而不争,争就是争利益,所以水善利万物而不争,就是帮助别人不要求回报。

“厚德载物” 是(易传)中的话,原文是: “地势坤,君子以厚德载物”。
什么是“德” ?帮助别人要求回报,叫做交易。帮助别人不要求回报就叫做 “德”
如果有很多人得到你的帮助,而你都不要求回报,那你的 “德” 就厚了,就可以称作德高望重了。
“厚德载物” 意思是说,以深厚的“德”泽育人利物,今多用来指以崇高的道德,博大精深的学识培育学子成才。

老子接下去说:处众人之所恶。人往高处爬,水往低处流,人所恶的是什么呢?是低位。所以处众人之所恶讲的是要处于低位,也就是讲的是谦虚谨慎。所以你不但要帮助别人,不要求回报,还要保持谦虚谨慎的态度,不要以为人家受了你的恩惠,你就趾高气扬的了。如果能做到这些你就“几于道”,也就是获得了接近于道的处世方式了。

道可道,非常道; 名可名,非常名。

(1)道可道:第二个"道",作动词用,描述、称说、表达之意。第一个"道",是老子哲学的专用名词和中心范畴,它在《老子》一书中频频出现,但在不同的 地方有不同的涵义,主要有三种意思:一是指形而上的实存者,即构成宇宙万物的最初本原;二是指宇宙万物发生、存在、发展、运动的规律;三是指人类社会的一 种准则、标准。这里的"道"是第一种涵义,即指宇宙万物的本始。它是一种形而上的永恒的存在,可感而不可见,无形无象却又实实在在地存在着;它产生了宇宙 万物,决定了宇宙万物的运动、变化,但它本身却是永恒不变的。在这个意义上,"道"有点类似于西方文化中的"上帝"或"太一"的概念。
(2)非常道:非.不是;常,恒常、永远。("道"如果是可以表述的,)那么就不是永恒的"道"。这句话以否定句形式说明了作为宇宙万物本原的"道"是不 可描述的。"常",在长沙马王堆出土的汉代帛书《老子》(以下简称帛书本或帛书甲、乙本)作"恒",以避讳汉文帝名字,下旬"非常名"亦然。
(3)名可名:第二个"名"为动词,称呼、称谓的意思。第一个"名",也是老子哲学的专用名词,它指对"道"的具体称呼,含有概念的意思,但比概念更高,具有名称与内容相统一的意义。
(4)非常名:(如果"名"可以根据实物的内容而加以命名,)就不是永恒的“名”。由于“道”是一个无形无象的形而上实存体,因此是无法用一个固定的概念 对它进行命名、称呼的,任何名称一旦确定,能指和所指的关系就确定了,也就是说,对象的物质体的特性也就确定了;譬如我们用“地球”这个概念指称地球,那 么“地球”二字的范围也就被规定了,月球、太阳等就不能再用“地球”来指称。“道”是一个永恒的、不可限定的存在,所以不能用一个具体概念去指称。

It has worked for many. If it works for you please pass on the good news. Chiu Nan is not charging for it, so we should make it free for everyone. Your reward is when someone, through your word of mouth, benefits from the regime. Gallstones may not be everyone's concern. But they should be because we all have them. Moreover, gallstones may lead to cancer. "Cancer is never the first illness," Chiu Nan points out. "Usually, there are a lot of other problems leading to cancer.

In my research in China, I came across some materials which say that people with cancer usually have stones. We all have gallstones. It's a matter of big or small, many or few.

One of the symptoms of gallstones is a feeling of bloatedness after a heavy meal. You feel like you can't digest the food. If it gets more serious, you feel pain in the liver area." So if you think you have gallstones, Chiu Nan offers the following method to remove them naturally.

The treatment is also good for those with a weak liver, because the liver and gallbladder are closely linked.

Regimen:
1. For the first five days, take four glasses of apple juice every day. Or eat four or five apples, whichever you prefer. Apple juice softens the gallstones. During the five days, eat normally.
2. On the sixth day, take no dinner.
3. At 6 PM, take a teaspoon of Epsom salt (magnesium sulphate) with a glass of warm water.
4. At 8 PM, repeat the same. Magnesium sulphate opens the gallbladder ducts.
5. At 10 PM, take half cup olive oil (or sesame oil) with half cup fresh lemon juice. Mix it well and drink it. The oil lubricates the stones to ease their passage.

PS. 1cup=250ml, ½ cup lemon juice=3 lemons (aprox.)

The next morning, you will find green stones in your stools. "Usually they float," Chiu Nan notes. "You might want to count them. I have had people who passes 40, 50 or up to 100 stones. Very many."

"Even if you don't have any symptoms of gallstones, you still might have some. It's always good to give your gall bladder a clean-up now and then.

No plastic containers in micro

No water bottles in freezer.

No plastic wrap in microwave...

A dioxin chemical causes cancer, especially breast cancer.



Dioxins are highly poisonous to the cells of our bodies. Don't freeze your plastic bottles with water in them as this releases dioxins from the plastic.



Recently, Edward Fujimoto, Wellness Program Manager at Castle Hospital , was on a TV program to explain this health hazard. He talked about dioxins and how bad they are for us.
He said that we should not be heating our food in the microwave using plastic containers.. .


This especially applies to foods that contain fat.


He said that the combination of fat, high heat, and plastics releases dioxin into the food and ultimately into the cells of the body...
Instead, he recommends using glass, such as Corning Ware, Pyrex or ceramic containers for heating food.... You get the same results, only without the dioxin. So such things as TV dinners, instant ramen and soups, etc., should be removed from the container and heated in something else.
Paper isn't bad but you don't know what is in the paper. It's just safer to use tempered glass, Corning Ware, etc.
He reminded us that a while ago some of the fast food restaurants moved away from the foam containers to paper. The dioxin problem is one of the reasons...



Also, he pointed out that plastic wrap, such as Saran, is just as dangerous when placed over foods to be cooked in the microwave. As the food is nuked, the high heat causes poisonous toxins to actually melt out of the plastic wrap and drip into the food.
Cover food with a paper towel instead.

Bitter Melon Recipes for Treating Diabetes

Bitter Melon Juice :
* Wash the bitter melon leaves and chop them
* Add 6 tablespoon of the chopped leaves in 2 glass of water
* Boil it for approximately 15 minutes in a uncovered pot
* Allow it to cool and then strain
* Drink 1/3 cup of it thrice a day

Above recipe is found to be very effective in the treatment of diabetes type 2. If taken regularly will make your sugar level under control. It is the most effective natural way to cure diabetes.

Bitter Melon with Egg
:
* Cut a bitter melon in lengthwise, scoop and scrap the inner white pulp leaving only the outer green parts.
* Now finely cut the bitter melon. Pour a lot of salt to them and leave them for a while to get rid of its bitterness.
* Rinse thoroughly to remove the salt. Fry it with garlic, anchovies and knock two eggs to make a dish.
Above dish is very beneficial, especially for those with diabetes. Bitter melon is an herb with lot more health benefits other than treating just diabetes.

Bitter melon is used in solving menstruation problems in girls. It is also used in the treatment of sores, eczema, leprosy and large wounds.

It is also used to cure hypertension, malaria, fevers and headaches. It also has good results in expelling worms and parasites in adults and children if taken internally. It is also effective against numerous viruses, herpes and HIV viruses.

心态与状态

人生不过几十年的光景,有的人可以在这短暂的时光里把自己的聪明才智发挥得淋漓尽致,获得成功的人生,而有的人却空有远大的理想,一生一事无成,这是为什么呢?于丹教授讲;决定人生成功的绝不仅仅是才能和技巧,而是一个人面对生活的心态。庄子用它的许多寓言故事告诉我们;一个人做事时如果患得患失,如果心有所虑,那他所有的经验和技巧都不可能得到最好的发挥。我们如何才能打破世俗观念,以一个坦荡的好心态,把自己的人生活到最佳状态呢?

北京师范大学于丹教授演说的其中一小段:于丹(庄子)心得; 心态与状态。 人生百年,常怀千岁优,就像古诗里面所说的;人生代代无穷己,江月年年只相似,不知江月待何人,但见长江送流水。我们生命里面的这一段光阴跟整个时间的流程相比,这是微不足道的。用庄子的比喻来讲,如同白驹过隙。(好像是一匹白马,从门缝里跑过去,那样的倏忽一瞬一样。)那么这么短的流光,在我们自己的手里,怎么样才是真正地善待生命?怎么样的生命才是人生最有效的呢?其实庄子面对这个问题,提供给我们一种态度那就是“达生”。面对生命我们首先要有一种旷达的态度而心态决定人的状态。这种态度会决定我们生命的质量。什么是真正的旷达?

庄子说:达生之情者,不务生之所无以为,达命之情者,不务命之所无奈何。
(真正对此生有通达之心的人,不去追求不以为是的东西,我们认为在生命
中没有价值的东西,就不要用此生的光阴去追逐了。
真正对此生有达命之心的人,不去追求生活中无奈何的东西。所谓无奈何的
东西就是说那些无可奈何命运达不到的目标,或者说放下我们心中那点较劲的东西,不去跟有限的时光计较一种真正达 不到的目的。)


个人对心态又有何见解呢?其实每个人对事情的看法都有不同点,当然心态方面也一样会有差别。当两个人吵起架来时,公说的有道理,可是婆说的也一样有道理啊!两个人如果心态一样那不就没事了吗?人往往就只会看到别人的错误而把自己做错的都给忽略了,还认为都是对的。今天如果我们每一个人都能把自己的心态调整好,多多向人学习,谦虚处事,互相尊重,我很肯定的说正规的心态就会把整个状态给改变过来的,正如庄子所说: 一个人的心态决定了他的生活状态。
庄子对生命的说法: 生之来不能却,其去不能止,悲夫。
(生命来的时候,父母没有征求我们的同意,就把我们带到世界上来,但是流光要把我们的年华带走的时候,同样也不征得我们的同意,最后它自然就走了。看似来也无奈,走也无助,这是一件悲哀的事情啊!)

中国鹤翔庄气功的功法内容

中国鹤翔庄气功是先天混元气功的一步功,包括五节动功,八节对症治疗功,鹤游步功,开智明目功和站桩自发功。

目前吉中鹤翔庄气功协会传授的是五节动功,八节对症治疗功和站桩自发功。学员们先学会五节动功和八节对症治疗功,把基础打好后,再学站桩自发功。

鹤功是以中医理论,仿生学,力学等多科学理论为依据,通过“调神”,“调息”,“调身”来达到祛病健身之目的。它模仿了仙鹤的动作,并注重意识的锻炼,在动作中配合正确的意念,以更好地起到疏经活络,通调气血,健身治病的作用。

鹤功是通过活动全身各部关节(头、颈、肩、肘、腕、指、胸、腹、背、腰、胯、膝、踝、足、趾)来疏通手三阳经,手三阴经,足三阳经,足三阴经,以及奇经八脉。不仅如此,它还借助宇宙之气,来调节本身的阴阳,补充人体之真气。

鹤功的实用价值大,疗效好;它又是整体性疗法,能增强患者全身新陈代谢功能,提高防御病邪和适应自然环境的能力;它也是有益的自我疗法,简便易学,收效快,只要坚持练功,确可起到防病治病,健身益体的作用。

从学员的报告中,一般的学员学了几个月的五节动功和八节对症治疗功后都会明显的体会到鹤功的疗效。学了站桩自发功后,疗果就更显著了。

什么人不宜练中国鹤翔庄气功的五节动功和站桩功?

患有精神分裂症,癔症或有该病史与家族史的人,性格有偏差和胆子特别小的人,有严重神经官能症和急性危重病人不宜练五节动功和站桩功。

什么人适合练中国鹤翔庄气功?

除了以上所述,其他从少年男女到老年人都可练中国鹤翔庄气功。

练鹤功不论社会地位,贫富贵贱,种族或宗教信仰。在吉中鹤翔庄气功协会练功场,全体学员一律公平对待。
